
If the seminar is cancelled by Manners House, all money paid to Manners House will be refunded. A seminar registrant may receive a refund, less 25% of the registration fee, when the registrant cancels on or before the 14th day prior to the scheduled seminar. A seminar registrant may receive a refund, less 50% of the registration fee, when the registrant cancels on or before the 7th day prior to the scheduled seminar. A seminar registrant may receive a refund, less 75% of the registration fee, when the registrant cancels on or before the 3rd day prior to the scheduled seminar. No refund will be made if a seminar registrant cancels after the two business day cut-off. All cancellations and/or requests for refunds must be made, in writing, via this website or mail to: Manners House School of Etiquette & Protocol P O Box 182 Decatur, Georgia 30031-0182. Refund requests submitted via US Postal Mail will be honored based on their postmark. All refunds will be made within 30 business days from the date of the request for refund, and all refunds will be paid by company check. |
